The beginning of Beau -Nellis ABC
Father Nellis from Armoy parish asked the McMullan family because of the history of the family with boxing for 5 years to open a club to bring the community closer. Giving all the kids a chance to train and get fit box but most importantantly bring the kids together but due to personal reason this took use time to consider this but Father Nellis would give up and keep trying providing a place a hub to start talked us the McMullan family to try bring a club to the village after bringing together a squad of x matures boxers and lady coaches and the advise from an old hand beau the club was designed and unfortunate father Nellis would pass away just before the final stage were in place so we all decide in respect to Father Nellis and Bbeau for the help in creating a new club we called the club Beau-Nellis ABC as respect.
Father Nellis’ wish was for a club in Armoy for all the kids no matter who, what, where, boy or girl who wanted to train or box meet new kids from different towns, backgrounds or religions. With only one goal to box and try and get fit.
